A.D.A.M, Vision:
Our vision has been, to establish an association to support ministries, but not only to offer a
spiritual covering that every Pastor needs, but to offer a spiritual paternity.
Due to our multiple trips in and out of the United States, we have found the following
situations within the Pastoral Ministries:
1) - In many cases, Pastors found themselves exhausted and alone, because they don’t
have a spiritual father with whom they to talk, to whom they can communicate their problems
and ask ministerial questions, and someone to minister to them .
2) - They don’t have a spiritual father that gives them the support necessary to carry on
their duties such as communication, teaching, and how to train their leaders, ushers and
deacons.
3)- They are lacking a spiritual father, a person they can trust who has the spiritual
authority to pray for them, their families, and their congregations; a person to guide them,
and give them strategies to grow the vision God gave them for their churches and ministry.
OUR MISSION:
1)- more than to offer ministerial credentials, and spiritual covering, the mission and the
purpose of the Apostles Bourget and the association is to be spiritual father for each one of
the pastors and ministers that are part of A.D.A.M.
2)- As spiritual fathers to build friendly relationships and trust to minister to the needs of
the Pastor, his family and the leaders.
3)- To Know, support and help to bring to reality the vision or design God gave them as a
Pastor for your church, when your vision or design is aligned with the beliefs of A.D.A.M.
